The dollar sign that is next to each creator’s name in the handraise list is reflective of their rates relative to the other creators listed in the handraise list. 

Example:

If Sarah has $ next to her name and Matt has $$ this would mean that Matt is more expensive than Sarah. If you are working on a second campaign and you see that Matt now has $$$ next to his name, this doesn’t mean he has increased his rates but instead it means that, compared to the other creators listed in the handraise section, he is that much more expensive.
