What to do if a creator has questions about the #paid process/payment
Sometimes you may see questions being asked by the creator that you cannot specifically answer. This may include questions about when and how they will receive payment, how to upload content or post insights screenshots to the platform, etc. So what do you do when a creator is asking you about questions you cannot answer?
Direct them to us, #paid support! Simply noting that they can reach out to us should suffice. A simple "Hey! Best to reach out to #paid support to help you out on that".
Send them our email if they’re persistent (email@example.com) and we’ll happily help them out!
You’ll find that sometimes a campaign manager will hop in and quickly take care of it for you! This will not be the case at all times so #1 would be the easiest way to solve this.
